Happy New Year and hope 2019 started off well for you. You should be receiving a calendar invite for this meeting. Please click yes or no if you are able to make it to the meeting. It will be at Pho Manchester restaurant

January 15th 7pm to 8:30pm 

I attached the agenda and the menu so we can order ahead of time.

Items 15-21 on the menu is not available. There are also vegetarian options for those who prefer it.

Update on the location. 

The owner of Pho Manchester decided to take a few days off and he has left town. So we are changing to Seoul Garden by Tuesday AmC 12 theatre. apologize for the inconveniences.

Hi, all,

It was good to see you at the board meeting and looking forward to working together with you.

There are a few things that need to be clarified on the minutes.

1. I will look into and make progress for the key note speaking person, and let you know.

2. 2019 MAAP program. I can be the facilitator only, but I cannot find and manage mentors and mentees this year. This year, I found that it is very challenging for one person to do all this without much assistance from other board members. This means that I can run the MAAP program, but I will not be able to recruit mentors, mentees, and match them, and other planning and organization. 

3. Chapter name change on the state filing (Make corrections on Organization of Chinese American, which is incorrect) -- Ms. Cheryl Tao will report to us by February 15, 2019, if she can handle this. If she cannot, then we should hire someone to do this by March 31, 2019. I know someone who can at a cost, in case Chery is not able to.

4. Maximum $300 per month allocated for events for reaching out other community organization.

We need to be working board, and spend time together.
