OCA–East Bay, is a local chapter of the National OCA, the Organization of Chinese Americans. OCA-EB, is non-profit, non-partisan organization, which is dedicated to advancing the social, economic, and political well being of Asian Pacific Americans in the San Francisco East Bay.
