So many of you are up to date about Brittney. Some people have told me that they want to hear from her before you made a judgment. Below are some comments she has made on my FB.

But before we get to that, I want to share with you how this connects to Rahm as I understand it.The group that she works for, TWO (The Woodlawn Organization) owns the property that the clinic sits on. The building is split between the city and the county. City side is the mental health clinic (hence why we cut off only part of the building). Pastor Finny runs TWO. He is a lap dog to Rahm. His contracts are being threatened. The major had him claim that they owned that property that we were camping at. We found the title and they do not own it, that is why it was an illegal eviction. The claim was a lie. When Brittney went to work for him, she was forced out of OTH Chicago and Occupy the Homes because of the issues with this group in the community and the political machine they are part of. It is also all tied to UofC and area gentrification.

just some of the crap she is spewing.

You all are so simple. And the fact that most of you would bitch up in my face makes this buffoonery even more entertaining. I never bashed Occupy or any of you lost souls who make the work of King and my ancestors seem in vain. OccupyChicago could have accomplished so much within this. But now I understand why NO ONE NATIONALLY OR INTERNATIONALLY GIVES A SHYT about your nice graphics and press.

You haven't done SHYT. All your protests are co opted by unions. Show me one victory Occupy Chicago accomplish. Because if I recall no one jumped on foreclosure until black people with Occupy the Hood gave you direction. You all been in fighting since the inception. A true sellout will send these threads to the media. YOU ALL ARE NOT THE 99percent. You all are phonies. Luckily what you think don't pay my bills and none of you put food in my mouths. Until then what I do to protect my clients and property I stand behind unlike many of you rental protesters

P.s all comments have been passed to my General Counsel Mr Thomas and to STOP to show what happens when you get Occupy people involved.

You all look like fools. This is not your event or action and you are acting like lunatics.

I am with the one percent of people who see how stupid u fucks look.

If after all of this you do not see this as the fight of a movement against Rahm and the machine and how this is where OC should be focused (beyond the large scale things coming up), then I know not else what to do to motivate. Hope to see you out there!

The moral motivation is that this is a lifeline to these clients. That is the story. It is not to be underplayed by the political situation. We know the enemy and the victims. Help them fight off this evil and take shut down the Rahm Machine!

I would suggest not engaging with her.  We are not to be speaking for their action, just like we shouldn't be negotiating with the cops for them, engaging her is stepping on their toes.  IMO.

With Love,
Matt

All true. I am putting this out there so that you understand why supporting Woodlawn can help make these clinics stay and save lives while hitting the machine hard. I am trying to motivate support and motivation. It is their fight. Not ours. Many are protesting there. I am in a support role but I see the big picture and this is how I can best help. Their messaging. Their choices. But solidarity with them can have a big impact. They are not focusing energy on anything but saving the clinics but by doing so, there is a ripple effect.
