Sales Force Automation Project Manager
As a project manager you will be responsible for the successful
delivery of advanced n-tiered customer management solutions to
clients. Project managers are responsible for all management
aspects of project delivery including planning, resource management,
issue resolution, progress control, quality assurance and client
management. As a project manager you will work with technical and
functional personnel to determine the most appropriate approaches to
specific client requirements and then ensure the delivery process is
appropriately managed. Identifying project risks and taking
appropriate measures to mitigating these risks is key to success in this
area. You will also play a role in business development by helping to
identify additional opportunities to assist clients and then working
jointly with the business development team and account
managers to define and sell future projects.
Solutions in this area often involve implementing leading products such
as Siebel Systems’s Sales Enterprise and Service Enterprise software
as well as DBMSs from Oracle and Microsoft.
Successful Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years systems implementation
experience in the areas of salesforce automation, customer
service/help desk or other customer management solutions. Recent
experience in successfully leading a team through a full project lifecycle
is a must.
Strong communication skills are also required as well as the ability to
quickly learn and adapt to different client and industry settings.
Experience with client/server development tools and DBMS's is a
strong advantage.
Approximately 25% travel
