Hey guys,
The delegation fees per day for the OC members is Rs 650.This includes pre stay and also dueing the conference.

Also,on Monday,2 buses will leave for the venue.One at 10 am and one at 3 pm.Ideally I want everyone to board the 10 am bus.You won't have to pay for transportation then.

Also,if you come tomorrow with Bagai and I,you will again have to pay a nominal amount of 100-200.So we won't charge you for transportation.

The sweatshirts you have already paid for.I suggest,carry some extra money cos nothing will be free for you at the conference.

For the cloths to carry,you guys need to carry the following:
-3 pairs of semi -formal wear
-1 dress/formal suit for awards night
-AIESEC tshirts
-other casuals

Carry enough wollen cloths.Please carry your own towel,own kits and also a blanket.It might get cold.

I suggest carry a mosquito repellant and medicians too.

Carry a laptop and a datacard.And bottle openers.I won't let you enter the venue if these things aren't there.

We leave at 8.30 am tom from Huda City Metro Station.Please messege me with confirmations.
