Hello Aakash,
I hope you are doing good. This mail is in regard to the NLS reimbursements. Kindly let your OC know that all reimbursements will be taking place in this week. People who have to be reimbursed should have a copy of receipt or no reimbursement will be made as this was made very clear at the time on NLS. Also they have to send me a scanned copy of the receipt.

I have attached the reimbursement template. Every person wanting to be reimbursed should fill in the details and mail it to me and CCing Raghav on the mail with the subject being "Reimbursement_*your name*"

A few expectations before filling the sheet :-
Please do not mention any reimbursements which does not have sufficient proof.

Reimbursements will only be given for things which have happened after the 01/01/2013. No reimbursements shall be given for things before 01/01/2013 as stated by the compendium.
