      I've arranged a box of pins and i m bringing it with me,, my idea is we can publicize the banners on a curtain(or a piece of cloth) with banners hanging on it...

 I am unable to respond to email at the right moment due to difference in time zone.

 

Regarding Banner, I reckon, Nikhil had taken responsibility for banners.

 

If he is unable to do it, we can have electronic banners displayed in between the event.

Also, we would have to announce the sponsors names & their services during the function.

We can do that after regular internal & mainly during drink session - that they have offered.
