About The Competition
Maximus is targeted at the professionals / students seeking basic understanding of contemporary HR Practices
Duration of competition: 1st May, 2013 to 31st May, 2013

Competition Stages:
Competition will be evaluated across three stages:
Stage 1- Vindobona (This round consists of Crossword puzzle based on HR concepts)
Stage 2- Colosseum (This round includes MCQ type questions based on HR concepts)
Stage 3- Battle of ZAMA (This round requires participant to conduct an HR audit/ survey for an organization (SME) of minimum 30 employees where participant has to meet CEO of the company and find out the challenges faced by the organization and HR policies & practices followed by them at workplace. Participants will be evaluated on the basis of the methodology they will adopt for survey and the solution they could offer to that particular organization.)
Winners will receive:
1st Prize: Free MissionHR – Core HR Training Program (worth of Rs. 15,000/-)
2nd Prize: Career Counseling with GR Reddy (Husys Founder & Chief Facilitator)
3rd Prize: MissionHR Course Manual (a set of two books)
Each stage will act as an elimination round and only top scorers will be promoted to next round. Further details of each stage will be communicated timely. Till then get geared to experience a new world of HR.
