Dr. Bashir Ahmed Mir, presently Associate Professor, Civil Engineering Department, NIT Srinagar has request to pass on the enclosed form to Civil Engineer alumnus, I know. I have able to gather some of the emails that I have in my email database who either belong to Civil Engineering Alumnus or I can imagine will help me in send this form across to their mates.
