Bermuda High This Week!

Looks like Bermuda High sets in this week with afternoon windy conditions every day though Thursday. Anyone have scoop on sandbar/surf setup conditions at Ramps between Salvo and Avon? I am hoping to cut out early for either Wed or Thurs to catch any wrap swell by that time and usually hitting best in area between Salvo and Avon, based on past experience.
News?!
