Job Description:
Strong knowledge of Service Notification, Catalog, Catalog Profiles, Screen Templates, User Status, Partner Determination, tasks and activity including Exchange Repairs, Depot (Same Unit) Repairs, Enterprise Repairs ,Repair Order / Service Order, Repair Procedure
· Extended Service Plan, Warranty / Revenue Products, Service Contract, Revenue Recognition
· SAP SM / CS Integration with SD / MM, For Sales Documents, Repair BOM, Material Determination
· SAP SM / CS Integration with FI, For Repair Costing and Revenue
· Integration knowledge of SAP to downstream warehouse systems.
