With different styles to match your seating and furniture, our coffee tables keep everything you like to have close by. Choose amongst our many coffee tables with storage, or if your looking for a specific modern look, these coffee tables will complement your living room design perfectly.

So much more than a surface for mugs and TV remotes, coffee tables offer all sorts of potential to brighten up your living room. A glass coffee table makes for an elegant, subtle addition to the room, while a coffee table with storage is perfect for creating space for a striking centerpiece. Need some design inspiration? Here are a few ways you can make your coffee table the focal point of your living room.

A great option is to go for coffee tables with storage so you can keep your books, magazines and other living room essentials out of the way, while making the surface all about your own personal style.

Round coffee tables offer a classic and elegant look while promoting better flow in your living room. Their circular design eliminates sharp corners, making them an excellent choice for households with children or pets. Opt for this kind of coffee table with a sleek metal base for a modern touch, or choose a wood coffee table for a more rustic feel. Their versatility makes them ideal for both small and large spaces, creating a cozy gathering spot for family and friends.

Square coffee tables exude modern simplicity and balance, making them a popular choice for contemporary interiors. Their symmetrical design creates visual harmony in your living space, while their compact size makes them suitable for smaller rooms. Square coffee tables with geometric patterns or mirrored surfaces can add a chic and stylish element to your dcor, instantly elevating the ambiance of your home.

For those who crave both style and functionality, a storage coffee table is the ultimate solution. These tables come equipped with built-in storage compartments, such as drawers, shelves, or lift-top lids, allowing you to stow away remote controls, magazines, blankets, and more. Whether you prefer a rustic wooden trunk-style table or a sleek modern coffee table with hidden compartments, a storage coffee table helps keep your living room organized without sacrificing style.

Fast forward to 3 years later. ON June 23, 2024 I came home from work and the sobro coffee table was still in working operational condition. I go to sleep. And then the following morning I wake up and find the glass tempered glass top from Mt sobro coffee table in my living room exploded with broken glass debris all over my apartment in the middle of the night. I did purchase a seperate warranty protection plan for the coffee table and glad I did.

I called sobro customer service and asked if leaving the sobro coffee table plugged in 24/7for the refrigerator unit to function would cause this to explode the glass top. The REP said no that should not happen.

4 years ago, I decided to buy this "amazing" and very expensive side table for me to have cold beverages ready and cold. When I was ready to use it, fridge didn't work. Contacted support center and they were not helpful at all. After 4 years later, I regret severely buying this table.

Woke up to SHATTERED GLASS everywhere from the coffee table, it was such a shame because we really enjoyed the table even though the plug and usb ports failed after a few months of purchase. I wish they had an option to upload pictures so I could share what the table looks like. No cause for the glass to even break, just happened in the middle of the night while we were asleep.

Imagine a functional table with both elevated looks and unique charm. Wonderfully playful curves dance around the entire structure of this coffee table, softening its skilled metal craftsmanship. Look closely and discover a rich bronze finish, with striking elements of the handmade-such sophistication! Also available in a warm, antique brass finish (2100). Finish will vary.

The Ojai Coffee Table features a round top with marquetry and a drum-shaped base with tambour details. Available in American walnut or white oak.

When it comes to styling your coffee accent table or coffee table set, consider what aesthetic works best for your space. If you're looking for some inspiration to find the perfect fit for your living room style, read up on all the details in our coffee table buying guide. To recreate a laid-back California vibe, think a rectangle wicker coffee table or a wood coffee and end table set to enhance the natural elements of your living room. Then, decorate your coffee table set with botanicals in vases or wooden centerpiece bowls. To complete the look, nest your modern coffee table and side tables together and display your favorite hardcover books and candles for a cozy feel. Or, if you want to style a modern living room, consider pairing a contemporary sectional with your favorite set of solid wood coffee tables and end tables. Its modern design and neutral color palette complement the natural wood finish of your living room coffee tables. Either way, sets of coffee tables have stylish surfaces that can be used for snack bowls and drinking glasses on movie night. If you choose a modern coffee table that has a glass top, accentuate its design appeal with small statuettes and other eye-catching decorative objects.

The right coffee table can transform your living room into a functional and stylish hub. Here are some essential factors to consider when choosing the perfect coffee table:

  • Size and Proportion
Make sure the size of your coffee table is proportional to your seating area. Consider a small 30 inch coffee table or a large 60 inch coffee table to fit your space. It should be about two-thirds the length of your sofa and at a comfortable height for easy access.

Consider your overall room style when selecting a coffee table. Whether you're drawn to rustic, contemporary, or eclectic designs, choose a material that complements your existing furniture and decor.

The shape of your coffee table can influence the flow of your room. Round coffee tables are great for smaller spaces and promoting easy movement, while rectangular coffee tables can complement longer sofas.

While matching is a common approach, mixing styles such as concrete or glass coffee tables to create a more eclectic and interesting look. Just ensure that the coffee table complements the overall aesthetic of your room.

Styling a coffee table involves balancing functionality and aesthetics. Use decorative items like trays, books, plants, and candles to create a visually appealing arrangement that reflects your personal style.

Use the forstner bit to make countersink holes in each of the two frames. 2 on each side. This is where the Figure 8 fasteners will get screwed in. The idea is to have them flush against the surface of the rounded top.

You can absolutely buy a similar round coffee table instead of making it! Not everyone has the time or patience for a DIY project and I have rounded up some top coffee tables you can buy to get the same look.

I shared the photo of the inspiration with my community on instagram, and I am so glad that I did! People started sending me the instagram stories of others who had done something similar. Pennies for a Fortune (Instagram: @penniesforafortune) did this one. She created a wood structure, attached it to two wood rounds, and pounded and glued tiny dowels around the whole thing. Beautiful! I could do something like this but with wider dowels. But I wanted a skinnier base and how would I do that?

Starting with the Sonotube upright, place your first dowel. I used a level to make sure everything was even. It would be the worst to get halfway or even all the way to the end and your dowels were crooked! I checked every few dowels to make sure.

This is where you could use liquid nails. I would have applied a thin line to the back of each dowel, and then nailed in, but I gave up after two tubes had product coming out the back end. Apparently you need to poke a hole in the tube in addition to cutting off the tip LOL! Lesson learned too late, but now I know for next time!
