[obsid] Observatory Square and Urban Park Lights

I'm just wondering it there are problems with the new ligths installed
at the revamped Observatory Square (opposite Spar) and the Urban Park
along liesbeeck River. The mornings and evening's that I've driven
past I've seen that all the new lights are not on. Are they still
working on the lights, or is there something wrong with them? Maybe
someone can tell me?

Hi Reinmar,
When we had the candlelight vigil It became apparent that the front lights (around the War Monument) had not been operative for some time. The community centre has a DB and there we could switch off the lights on the parking area (rear) of the Civic Centre which we did later during the proceedings. That's all I know.
