In an effort to keep citizens informed, OBSID has created an online community notice board on Hedzup Messenger. From crime updates and emergency alerts, to upcoming events and lost pets, you can follow groups within the Observatory Community Notice Board that are relevant to you, and receive instant updates on your phone, tablet or computer.

 

If you would like to receive updates from the  Observatory  Community Notice Board, we kindly request that you download Hedzup Messenger on to your phone or tablet, or access Hedzup on your computer via the Hedzup website (www.hedzup.net), and follow groups that are relevant to you.

 

How to get started

 

Getting started on Hedzup Messenger is really easy, and wont take more than a few minutes.

 

To download Hedzup Messenger onto your phone or tablet:

Android: Go to the Google Play Store and search for Hedzup

iPhone/ iPad: Go to the App Store and search for Hedzup

BlackBerry: On your BlackBerry, go to the Hedzup.net website and click the BlackBerry download button

Older Samsung and Nokia phones: On your phone, go to the Hedzup.net website and click the “Feature Phones” download button

 

To receive messages

Step 1. In the app, click Sign Up (first time users), or login

Step 2. Search for Observatory  Community Notice Board

Step 3. Select to follow groups that are relevant to you

 

To access Hedzup Messenger via your computer:

Step 1. Go to the Hedzup website & click sign up

Step 2. Select Follow Groups in the left-hand menu

Step 3. TypeObservatory Community Notice Board in the search bar

Step 4. Select to follow groups that are relevant to you

 

Once you have chosen to follow groups, you will receive instant messages via Hedzup whenever they are sent.
