Hi

I haven't seen a post about this but Arnold street is becoming a rat run every evening between 4 and 6pm. Its been getting progressively worse over the last few months as people shortcut from lower main and it seems main road.

Is there anything that can be done about it?

What exactly is a rat run ? What does this mean that people shortcut from lower main?

yes, it's becoming difficult to get past parked cars when a stream of cars racing to get to station rd won't let cars going in the other direction through.  and they go so fast!
