[lbg Eka] [LE] report #2

Hello guys! 

Finally there is so much awaiting report of our meeting. 

On the meeting were: Me, Vitya, Egor and ghost of secretary Katya. 

Agenda: 

1. Visa question 

2. Schedule 

3. Budget 

4. Social (city part) 

1. Anya can't participate this meeting but she gave me all information about visas. As everybody knows we have 14 participants. To get visa invitation they have to fill the form about passport information. Most of participants already fill it. Waiting for the last people fill it.  

2. We were analysis our schedule to help Vitya make a budget for logistic part. And we find a lot of free time - so we need to fundraise social activities for our event, waiting for the help of our lbg. 

3. We making the budget all money that we will have and which ways we have to spend it.  As our food responsible did not participate I'm still waiting the menu which she made. To save more money we also need to fundraise 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 5 dinners and as mush as we can sneaks. 

4. We made small discussion how can we spend our free time, there some ideas - Galileo, park of Mayakovsky, park of Kharitonovsky, skyscraper Visotsky, paintball, laser paintball (don't know how to say it in English), aquapark, night in cinema, roof party. Of you have any ideas please

 share it in the comments. 

Information that we have about docs: 

1) The programm will be sing around 17 of May. 

2) we can already prepare visa docs. 

3) Anton soon will sent to us commercial support. 

  

Extra: 

Vitya support us to buy all food (which we will not fundraise) at goon base or market Strela, it's not far from railway station. 

And I still waiting for the scenarios from both our social responsibles.
