Hey all...

I don't normally post product sales info but there was some talk about getting new telescopes, etc. I saw an ad for a pretty nice scope, an LS-ACF from Meade. The ad I saw was for a 6" but the scope seemed nice and for a good price. But, I personally wouldn't want less than an 8" aperture so I checked that out too.

What I saw was that the ad for 6", that initially seemed good, was only a couple dollars less than the 8" from another dealer. The moral of the story is - be sure to show around and compare products.
