Proud2b ME Global looking for office space in Observatory

Good morning. I am the founding director of Proud2b ME Global, an international training provider of family and community transformation programmes. I am also a resident in Observatory [12 Clifton Terrace, Obs]. We need new offices as the building in Salt River we have been in for years have been sold and is being renovated as upmarket retail space. I am very keen to use the Observatory Community Centre for my training and therefor looking for office space somewhere around Observatory. I tried to get an office in the Community Centre but they do not allow for it. I am very keen and willing to put back into my community what I am already rolling out in parts of South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Cambodia and The Netherlands.
