Young boy back at place of safety

Hi all,

Due to the assistance of Vergil from OPS and Lance from Premier, the young boy who James Cowley previously reported on and assisted into a program has been returned to the place of safety. He had absconded and was in contempt of court due to this, below Sgt. Malila from Woodstock SAPS gives feedback;

"... has been successfully reunited with the place of safety in Wellington....Thanks to all the security officers in Obs that played a part in ensuring that the streets of Observatory stay safe..."
