I had a student recently that took my
six
day guitar building class with me in my shop. In this class we build a guitar from a pile of lumber to a finished playable guitar in only six days. People think that we must be working 20 hours a day to do this.
That is not the case. We work eight hours on the first three days, and then half days for the next two days and finally a few hours on the morning of the sixth day to put the strings on and do a setup. Of course, there is a victory lap and a few pics involved
on the final day as well. Congratulations to Scott W. from Arizona for building this beautiful rosewood OM cutaway with me.
