Pretty sure almost any pump will do this without any difficulty.
The HF cheapo pumps are oil based and can put out an oil mist apparently. If you use one, put it outside your workspace.
All the Joe Woodworker ones would work. They are pricey. I was not super excited about the customer service but the pump is nice.
You can also look for cheap medical pumps on eBay. They are lower powered but I think would be fine for this. You're pulling a very limited volume.

It is A LOT easier than using traditional soundhole clamps and you don't run the risk of damaging the guitar or its finish during the gluing process. Recently a student of mine and I re-designed the vacuum bridge clamp and I am happy to report that it is now available for purchase. This O'Brien Guitars/Lutherie Academy authorized and approved version is very lightweight and uses a clear collapsible membrane making it easy to view the bridge during the entire clamping process.
