[Obo-taxonomy] Question regarding mapping of NCBITaxon dump to OBO

I would like to solicit opinions on a proposal to make an alteration to the algorithm that creates NCBITaxon. The issue is that there are many "taxa" that share the same exact_synonym, causing issues for robot report and for text mining:
