New google doc for meetings

Hi All. I archived the old meeting notes / rolling agenda. The notes for 2018-2024 can be found here.

The current meeting doc has listed the meeting dates for 2025. We need volunteers to chair meetings.

On some other calls, I've seen folks using google doc tabs for each meeting. Perhaps this is something we can also do. We can discuss at the next meeting (Jan. 27, 2025).
