Setting agenda for COB workshop

Hello all,

Most of you have seen and many have signed up for the COB workshop in September at LJI. (If you haven't and are interested, please register here:  https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScMukZ46oeR_r1iRT6purs3x7duelvkQ0Ur5NO3WPP5OPcJlg/viewform ) 

To determine which topics will be up for discussion at the COB 2024 Workshop in September, we are hoping to gather your feedback on which issues you would like to have addressed. We intend to use the COB issue tracker (https://github.com/OBOFoundry/COB/issues) to identify interest. Please add a thumbs-up reaction to the issue(s) you would like to prioritize for discussion at the workshop. If there is a topic you would like to address at the workshop that does not currently have an issue on the tracker, please open a new issue for that topic.
