Hello:

We need to write a simple java program to traverse ontology from OBO files.

If I go throught OBO-->OBOFormat-->OWLAPI, I am able to travese our
sample file in 12 seconds.

We are looking into owltools.

I am able to intall the GUI version, and it takes around 30 seconds to
parse an OBO file with around 35,000 records.

However, I am not able to install the command line version. I am able
to download from svn, but I cannot build the owltools-oort-all.jar,
because it could not find the project in directory OWLTools-Oort.

Could someone tell me where to get the project under OWLTools-Oort so
that I can build owltools-oort-all.jar?

Could someone tell me what is the best way to traverse ontology from OBO file?

Thank you very much for your help!

Willa
