Progress on ENVO and GAZ wikidata mapping

We have completed the first scan through all of GAZ, searching Wikidata for mappings. We now have a first pass of conservative WD<->{ENVO,GAZ} mappings, which gives us via inference some conservative GAZ to ENVO rdf:type assertions.

Some next steps:

Manually extend the curated ENVO->Wikidata mappings. This should be tractable.

Use the high confidence automatic GAZ->Wikidata mappings to seed more mappings using kBOOM

Figure out how to upload the mappings to Wikidata (we have property IDs for both), Lynn, Andra or Andrew, do you have recommendations for the best  way to do this?

I think this is different enough in scope from our existing bots that you'll want to do a separate bot request https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Requests_for_permissions/Bot.  

In terms of coding the bot, we're biased to using our own WDI library https://github.com/SuLab/WikidataIntegrator/.  I think the documentation there is reasonably good now, but obviously let us know if you have any problems.

In terms of ongoing automation, we are happy to add a new bot to our Jenkins instance at http://jenkins.sulab.org/, but obviously I know you all have your own automation infrastructure as well...
