[Obo-format] owl-axioms?

Hi,

I have seen that the Cell Type ontology makes use of the following tag in its header:

   owl-axioms: Prefix(owl:=...

What's the purpose of this new tag? will it end up in the OBO spec at some point?

I find that the particular example of the CL ontology introduces too much "noise" into the file ... 

Does OBO-Edit support it?

OE supports this in that it roundtrips the axioms.

CL: note that like many ontologies we provide a basic version:

http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/cl/cl-basic.obo

Which has this removed.
