[Obo-format] broken link: serializer conventions

Hi,

the OBO spec (http://oboformat.googlecode.com/svn/branches/2011-11-29/doc/obo-syntax.html) has a broken link:

8.1.3 Tag Ordering

See the serializer conventions in the OBO format guide

'serializer conventions' points to : http://www.geneontology.org/GO.format.obo-1_4.shtml#S.3.5

could you please fix it?

I was looking at the branched, old page (http://oboformat.googlecode.com/svn/branches/2011-11-29/doc/obo-syntax.html).

Anyway, the 'official' one (trunk) has the same issue:
