This release will be available shortly on Maven Central and in the
usual SourceForge folder.

This release addresses a couple of minor issues with backwards
compatibility and other minor features.
It also replaces the OBO parser with the newer and better maintained parser at:
https://code.google.com/p/oboformat/

Just a note for the subscribers of this list who are not also on the
OWLAPI mailing list: my integration of the new OBO parser in 3.4.9 is
not working properly, and an updated release will be made in the next
few days. I would recommend waiting before starting migrating code.
