[Obo-format] [developers] oboformat source code reorganized

Just a heads up for any software developers using the oboformat.jar or the oboformat source:

We've organized the directory structure into a standard maven layout. The jar is now in the bin/ directory, and is called "oboformat-all.jar", and this now contains all dependencies (owlapi, etc).

You can also get the core jar from our Maven repository - the current release is 0.5.0:
