The OBO Community Challenge 2024
As a reminder, for this year's OBO Community Challenge, you are asked to join an OBO ontology project of your choosing, and complete a set of tasks (including opening and issue and a pull request). We will evaluate your contribution to the ontology according to the basic principles of collaborative workflows we introduced you to as part of the tutorial such as the quality of your commit messages and issue and pull request descriptions. The winner will receive a 1 year subscription to an AI tool of choice, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Co-Pilot (up to 200 USD). Details of the challenge can be found on GitHub: https://github.com/OBOAcademy/obook/issues/508.
Thank you all for participating! We enjoyed this year's OBO training with you all and are thankful for your participation! The recording is now available.
