New releases of Protégé and ROBOT

Hello everyone,

Today we have a special double release announcement!

Protégé 5.6.4 has been released:

https://github.com/protegeproject/protege-distribution/releases/tag/protege-5.6.4

ROBOT 1.9.6 has been released:

https://github.com/ontodev/robot/releases/tag/v1.9.6

These releases have both been updated to the latest OWLAPI and ELK versions, and contain many improvements and fixes.
