Dear OBO Operations Committee member,

I hope this message finds you well.

In recent discussions during OBO Operations committee calls, we identified the importance of enhancing our approach to tracking members' contributions within the OBO Foundry Operations Committee (OFOC). See related ticket here: https://github.com/OBOFoundry/OBOFoundry.github.io/issues/2576 This is crucial to ensure that operational tasks are equitably distributed among team members, fostering greater efficiency and collaboration.

To facilitate this process, we have developed a spreadsheet to document individual contributions to our operational activities and update the status of all members on the OFOC members list. We aim to identify active members of the OBO Foundry Operations committee. We plan to utilize the survey results to identify member status and convert inactive members to an ‘inactive’ or ‘alumni’ status. Please comment on the ticket with any questions or discussion.

If you haven’t already done so, we kindly request that you review your ongoing contributions to the OFOC and update this form accordingly.

Please complete the review and fill out the form by Friday, September 27. If you have any questions or want further clarification on your role or the tracking process, please reach out to Nicole Vasilevsky <nicole.a....@gmail.com> or Nomi Harris <nlha...@lbl.gov>.

Thank you for your contributions toward the success of the OBO Foundry. Together, we are building a stronger and more vibrant community organization.

Warm regards,

Nicole Vasilevsky, on behalf of the OBO Operations Committee
