GitHub issues resulting in some ontology owl PURLs being temporarily unresolvable

GitHub is having some issues right now https://www.githubstatus.com/

In particular, resolving files via raw github URLs doesn't seem to work right now. This means that many ontology PURLs are temporarily resolvable.

I would expect github to resolve this soon, but we're monitoring and will let you know if the situation changes.

Thankfully this was short-lived, all PURLs should work again!
