[Obo-discuss] New Sickle Cell Disease Ontology (SCDO) release!

A new version of the SCDO is now available in OLS, Ontobee, BioPortal & Github.

This release includes new Sickle Cell Disease data representation classes, such as Data Standards, as well as classes mapping International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) Diagnosis Codes.

The SCDO is now an OBO ontology, complying to OBO interoperability principles and to overall ontology development best practices.

Feedback and comments are most welcome, either via the SCDO Website contact page or the SCDO Github Issue Tracker.

In upcoming releases, we plan on releasing French and Layperson versions of the SCDO to the public.
