Request for feedback on OBO application

Hello all,

I’m proposing the Intrinsically Disordered Proteins Ontology (IDPO) for inclusion in the OBO Foundry and would appreciate feedback from this community on its scope, alignment with other OBO ontologies, suggested mappings, etc.

IDPO standardizes the language for the states, transitions, and functional roles of intrinsically disordered proteins and regions, enabling precise annotation and interoperability across databases and studies.
