[Obo-anatomy] Namespace request for 2 anatomy ontologies: CTENO and MOLO

In preparation for the next uberon release, which will incorporate
sponge, ctenophore and cephalopod ontologies, I'd like to register two
ID spaces

CTENO, for the Ctenophore ontology
MOLO, for the Cephalopod ontology (which may morph into the molluscan
ontology, hence the ID space)

Also looking for volunteers to help maintain these. Eric Edsinger has
signed up for molo.
