Hi,
We have updated the zebrafish anatomical ontology here at ZFIN. The file can be reached via http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/zfa.obo
We will be removing the deprecated ZDB-ANAT IDs for the next load.
ZFA prefix for curator reference changed to GOC for GO curator.
We will also be migrating the ontology to a new repository since Google Code is closing.
