First time to compiler and get error "cat: tmp/pids/mongrel.pid: No such file or directory "

Hi all,

It is my first time to download the full xcode 1.0.1 from here http://iphoneonrails.com/download

Unfortunately get error like this 

cat: tmp/pids/mongrel.pid: No such file or directory



Anyone can give me some clues to fix it ?

Ahh that's from rails. Do you have it rails env setup correctly

That's is expecting that you are running the rails app via a mongrel server. How is your rails environment setup

Thanks for your help. Actually I am familiar with iOS but quite new for ruby. 

Get it and I think that I need figure out how to set up ruby first.
