Xcode Internal Error

I've installed ObjectiveCAnnotate and have run into a difficult to
reproduce issue where Xcode throws and internal error when I navigate
between windows which have generated code. The internal error is:
Uncaught Exception: Error (1000) creating CGSWindow.

I'm thinking it has something to do with the fact that the code
generator is altering files that Xcode manages.

I'm curious if anyone else has seen this. My Xcode version info is:

I can't consistently reproduce the problem. But eliminating the
parsing run script seems to prevent it from occurring.

I have screen shots if interested.

I've done a reboot and plan to keep using it for a while to see if I
can identify steps to reproduce.
