Hi there,

I'm trying to run the Objectify Test Suite.

I'd like to contribute a little further to Objectify but I can't do that if I'm not sure I'm not breaking anything.

Hence the test suite.

However, not all tests are succeeding, which is a serious problem for a community project (or at least in my opinion).

28 tests are failing.

None are clearly marked "This should fail" to indicate an app engine broken behaviour.

Jeff, what do you think about the test suite ? Are you going to fix them ? How important is it in your to-do list ?

It's a mix. Some are quirks in GAE, some are obsolete tests, some are tests that need to be updated to reflect some internal API changes, some are actual bugs in Objectify (rare edge cases in obscure features that have not been a priority to fix). I agree I should be a lot better about documenting which is which, and I'm overdue for fixing most of them.
