Is it possible to build ObjectIcon under MSYS/MinGW? If it is, how I
can do it? Also, is there any working dynamic loading interface for
MinGW?

Thanks!

Dear Ivan

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the system you mention, so I can't comment on how much effort it would be to compile Object Icon under it.  If it's any help, Object Icon does actually compile natively on win32 with the MS VC compiler.  The makefiles (cygwin gmake) and other config files I used are not in the subversion repository, but I could let you have a copy of them if you like.  It should also (at least in theory) compile under cygwin using the regular makefiles and configure scripts.

Regarding dynamic loading, that uses the unix dlopen() call, so getting those functions to run under windows would need quite some work.

Kind regards,
Robert
