Extracting audio of a video file and playing it with ObjectAL

Everything is in the title.
I would like to be able to demultiplex a video file and load the audio part in OpenAL, but I don't know where to begin.
Any idea or experiments would be a greta help.

I'm anwering myself, in case it would help someone.
I finally used AVFoundation to load the movie files, get the audiotrack and made ALBuffers with.

Please ask for details if you're fronting the same trouble.
