New release of Squeak examples

Hi all,
I've just updated the fullOO.info site. The main change is to the Squeak examples.

1. The Context class is changed so that the Interaction can be triggered with a general message with arguments. (Previously, the Interaction could only be triggered  by sending 'run' to the first Role.)
2. The code listing is made more readable with the addition of strips of tabs that link to the start of the different perspectives in the code.
3. The Interaction start Role is highlighted with a drop shadow in the role structure diagram.
4. In addition, I have removed some duplicate links in the home page.
