Users of the trygve programming environment: The new release (3.9.1) has a very simple debugger.

Fire up the environment, enable debugging (there’s a checkbox in an obvious, prominent place), parse, and then you are ready to fire up the debugger.

Debugging slows down compilation (a lot) and execution (a bit) which is why it’s an option.

Questions, suggestions to co...@gertrudandcope.com.

Congratulations! An essential addition to the usefulness of the trygve environment.
The debugger can also help users gain insights into the runtime behavior of heir programs.

The essence of object orientation is that objects collaborate  to achieve a goal.
