✔Ability to lead and facilitate others in stressful or uncomfortable situations.
✔Facilitation skills for teams and larger group events & workshops to reach intended outcomes.
✔Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool (e.g. Jira) configuration expertise Configuration or local admin skills in team virtual collaboration tools such as ✔Microsoft Teams/Zoom, Confluence (wiki), and tool such as Miro/Mural Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
