Job Role: Senior BI Developer

Location: Los Angeles, Downtown CA (Work from Office – 5 Days)

Type: Contract

 

Experience

•            7–10+ years in Business Intelligence / Analytics

•            5+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience

•            Expert-level experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud

•            Understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot preferred

 

Key Responsibilities:

•            Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions.

•            Build interactive and intuitive visualizations that communicate insights clearly to business users.

•            Apply data visualization best practices to ensure usability, clarity, and consistency.

•            Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and user adoption.

•            Create and manage Tableau data sources and extracts.

•            Design analytics-ready datasets in collaboration with data engineering teams.

•            Implement calculated fields, table calculations, LOD expressions, parameters, and filters.

•            Ensure accurate aggregation, grain alignment, and metric definitions.

•            Extract and integrate data from Snowflake for reporting and analytics.

•            Optimize Tableau workbooks, extracts, and queries for faster load times.

•            Publish, manage, and maintain dashboards on Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud.

•            Implement security, permissions, and row-level security (RLS).

•            Collaborate with business users, product owners, analysts, and onsite/offshore teams to deliver analytical solutions.
