MS Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant (C#/.NET)

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
Expertise in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and Web API development.
Experience developing Dynamics plugins, workflows, business process flows, and custom integrations.
Strong understanding of SQL Server, database design, and data modeling concepts.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
