Embedded Software Engineer 3 (Robotics Systems Engineer)

Required Technical & Soft Skills
1. Systems Engineering (5–7 Years): Proven experience taking high-level requirements, performing tradeoff/risk analysis, and decomposing them into technical designs and actionable work items.
2.Robotics & Autonomy: Strong background in autonomous vehicles/robotics, with exposure to functional safety frameworks (SOTIF) and vehicle-level hardware/software integration.
3.Technical Triage & Testing: Hands-on ability to troubleshoot complex systems using Linux, Python (data analysis/scripting), and C++.
4.Methodology: Familiarity with SiL (Software-in-the-Loop) and HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) validation methods, and electronic hardware development processes.

Soft Skills: Strong technical writing/documentation, clear communication across global specialized teams, initiative, and solid project/time management.
Education & Desired Experience :

BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Experience with mining, construction, or agricultural machines and multi-generational technology products is a plus.
