Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders

Preferred Skills:
Experience with enterprise data platforms or ETL tools
Knowledge of database technologies (SQL)
Experience supporting cloud or enterprise application environments
Understanding of system modernization or migration initiatives
